How do I log in?

Check your inbox for an email from Legal Island  which will include your log in details and steps on how to access your course.

Can I use another person’s log in details if I can’t find mine?

No, you must use your own username and password. Each person has their own unique username and password as the learning platform tracks the courses that are completed to provide a record of your personal learning.


I’ve lost / forgotten my log in details or password.

If you can’t remember your log in details, click on the Login button then in the Returning Users box, click Forgotten your username or password? Enter your username or your email address and if we have you registered on our system an email will be sent with further instructions. Follow the link in the email you receive, and the system will allow you to reset your password and gain access to the module.  If you don’t receive an email with a link check your Spam/Junk folder.

I can’t see my course on the delegate dashboard what should I do?

After you log in, the course you need to complete is on your delegate dashboard in the middle of your screen under learning resources.  If there is no course visible, change the filter under the title learning resources to ‘ALL’.  Every course you are enrolled in will appear on the screen.  If your course isn’t there, please contact our Helpdesk under the Support tab at the top of your screen.
